Crys O’Connell

Crys has a strong background within the leisure industry, in varied settings and roles – from ‘grass roots’ roles such as lifeguard and instructor through to positions in a management, advisory and mentoring capacity. She recently returned to the Right Directions team following a career in the police service.

When not at work Crys can often be found in, on or under the water – swimming, surfing and scuba!
