Caroline Constantine

After university Caroline got a job as a Duty manager to pay off the student debts. She soon became hooked and then moved around the country working up the ‘Leisure Ladder’. In 2004, along with a colleague set up Right Directions and hasn’t looked back!Caroline spends most of her weekends and evenings in sports facilities, sneaking to the gym while her kids are swimming or playing badminton. When time allows she loves to get outdoors whether walking or in the garden.
