Tackling Inequalities in Leisure Standard
The new “Tackling Inequalities in Leisure Standard” replaced the Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) back in September 2022 and has been co-written with Activity Alliance. The aim is to help leisure operators provide more inclusive and accessible physical activity opportunities for people from a range of inequality groups. The new standard is similar to IFI and covers accessible facilities and services offered.
The Standard can be completed as either a Standalone Assessment (£650 Plus VAT) or as part of a 2-Day Quest Assessment (£1575 Plus VAT) and lasts for 2 years.
Exercise Referral Standard
The new “Exercise Referral Standard” was launched back in September 2022 and aims to provide a set of quality operating standards to help drive improvements and consistency in scheme delivery. It will include a review of the exercise referral scheme policies and procedures in conjunction with an observation of the delivery of the scheme.
The Standard can be completed as either a Standalone Assessment (£650 Plus VAT) or as part of a 2-Day Quest Assessment (£1575 Plus VAT) and lasts for 2 years.
Swim England Learn to Swim Accreditation
The “Swim England Learn to Swim Accreditation” is a quality mark for swim schools and operators delivering the Learn to Swim Programme. Learn to Swim Accreditation recognises excellence in governance, sustainability and effectiveness and raises the profile of your Learn to Swim Programme offer.
This includes swim schools, school swimming programmes, local authority operators, leisure trusts, private leisure providers and multi-site organisations.
The Accreditation can be completed as either a Standalone Assessment (£595 Plus VAT) or as part of a 2-Day Quest Assessment (£1575 Plus VAT) and lasts for 2 years.
