Mental Health First Aid – Refresher Training
Mental health challenges can impact individuals from all walks of life. They are often unavoidable and may arise due to a variety of factors beyond one’s control, making understanding and support essential.
Although things are improving, stigma still exists around mental health struggles. When it comes to taking care of our mental health, we are not always confident to know how to support a friend, family member or colleague experiencing a mental health issue, or where to go for support.
Course Overview
This 4-hour Refresher course will enable your Mental Health First Aiders and MHFA Champions to refresh their skills, the same way your physical first aiders do. It is a great way to demonstrate your organisation’s commitment to treating mental health and physical health equally.
Learning takes place through live training sessions and self-learning activities.
Guided learning time = 4 hours. This course is delivered online and includes a degree of home learning. Please choose your preferred date from our booking portal when making a purchase.
