Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health Awareness course
First aid for mental health is the initial support provided to someone who is experiencing a mental health problem until professional help is received or the crisis is resolved.
Mental Health First Aid Training helps prevent crises from escalating by encouraging early intervention and appropriate support. Many people want to help but don’t know how. MHFA training provides practical guidance on how to listen, respond, and signpost individuals to professional help.

The Mental Health First Aid course is beneficial for anyone responsible for supporting the health and wellbeing of their staff within their organisation, however, it may not cover all bases required for your team members and the health and safety of your business. Consider: whether employees’ skills and knowledge are up to date, if their responsibilities have recently changed, do they work in environments where they interact with both adults and children, or where further considerations are needed?

We believe that delivering the correct training for team members is essential to ensure the delivery of services. All of our team who deliver training are Award in Education & Training (AET) qualified and registered with industry-recognised providers such as IOSH, CIMSPA and NUCO.
