Legionella Awareness for Frontline Staff
Legionella bacteria can become a health concern when they grow and spread in man-made water systems, such as that in leisure facilities with swimming pools, saunas, showers, HVAC systems etc. It’s important that staff are provided with suitable training to protect public health and ensure that the business is compliant with health and safety regulations.
This Legionella Awareness for frontline staff course has been designed for all frontline staff working within the leisure industry including, lifeguards, receptionists, court monitors, coaches, fitness instructors, personal trainers, sales advisors… the list is endless.

By the end of this course delegates should understand what legionella is, the risk it poses, and the control measures required to operate a building safely.
