Course Overview:

This course addresses unacceptable behaviour, unconscious bias, victimisation and discrimination, marketing and programming considerations, as well as introducing characteristics protected by Legislation.

Throughout this course learners will be required to answer twenty multiple choice questions. The pass mark is 100%. If learners don’t pass first time they will be re-directed to the start of the module, where they can review the content again and re-take the assessment.
