Course Overview:

This course addresses unacceptable behaviour, unconscious bias, victimisation and discrimination, marketing and programming considerations, as well as introducing characteristics protected by Legislation.

Throughout this course learners will be required to answer thirteen multiple choice questions. The pass mark is 100%. If learners don’t pass first time they will be re-directed to the start of the module, where they can review the content again and re-take the assessment.

By the end of this course, learners should understand the key principles of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and how they apply to their roles within the Leisure Industry.
