The Right Place platform is a one-stop online portal, available for all of our clients to access documents developed by our ‘Standards Team’, in the form of a resource hub for health & safety, quality, customer service, food, environment, family activity centres, HR, and general operations.
It also hosts our library of RD Doc guidance notes, written by Right Directions, with a selection written in partnership with CIMSPA.
Client Communications
The Right Place saves organisations time in searching for documents or ringing us! Templates are updated whenever legislation and guidance is changed or when our team see new best practice ideas on visits. Our ‘Standards Team’ are responsible for ensuring that Right Directions clients are kept up to date with relevant industry changes, best practice, and legislation through a variety of client communication.
Within the Right Place platform, you can view and download procedures and other documentation that your organisation subscribes to. We post recordings of our webinars, and any information briefs and industry updates here as well.
